1. Warranty Period
A 15-day check warranty is provided from the date of delivery.
The warranty covers only manufacturing defects (e.g., hardware failures, faulty components).

2. Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
- Physical damage (dents, cracks, deep scratches).
- Liquid damage (water or other liquid spills).
- Burn damage (overheating, electrical surges).
- Unauthorized modifications or upgrades (aftermarket parts, DIY repairs).
- LED/Display issues (dead pixels, backlight bleeding, screen discoloration).
- Battery wear (normal degradation over time).
- Software-related issues (OS errors, third-party software problems).

3. Product Condition
All MacBooks are premium-grade refurbished/used but may have minor cosmetic wear (light scratches, scuffs, or dents).
Devices are fully tested for functionality before sale.

4. Customer Responsibilities
Inspect the device upon delivery and report any issues within 48 hours.
Customers are requested to record a product unboxing video.
**Without unboxing proof, any transit damage will not be entertained.**
